Terms of Service
Pilot status
XamAI is currently a student-built educational prototype. Features, availability, limits, and content may change. Replace this pilot notice with operator-approved commercial terms before accepting payments or institutional users.
Account responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and use only your own account. You must not bypass authentication, probe other users’ data, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service.
Educational use
XamAI supports study planning and explanation. It does not guarantee marks, ranks, admissions, or exam outcomes. AI-generated answers may be incorrect; verify important work with textbooks, teachers, and official examination material.
Acceptable use
Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts may be limited or suspended for abuse, unsafe content, harassment, academic dishonesty, automated scraping, or attempts to compromise security.
Intellectual property
Users keep rights in original notes they create. XamAI branding, interface code, and platform content remain with their respective owners. Do not upload copyrighted examination material unless you have permission to use it.
Availability and liability
The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis. The project team will use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted service or complete accuracy. Any commercial limitation-of-liability clause must be reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction before launch.
